I just wanted to give you a bit of feedback regarding my father's funeral (Kevin Perkins).

We all thought that you were absolutely excellent. You spent time with me at home on the Monday before the funeral to find out all about dad, you allowed me to talk, you listened, you made suggestions about poems and readings and gave me choices.

You really personalised the service to reflect dad's personality and our wishes.

I think the most memorable thing was the suggestion that dad was served his last flat white coffee, by the lady from the coffee shop that he went to several times a day.

I would highly recommend your services to anyone that will listen. We also received a lot of positive feedback from several friends and relatives after the funeral that questioned who you were, they all thought that you were related as the service had such a loving feel to it.

I remember you said often that you did not just want to read the same old thing, and your intention was to personalise the service, and I must say that you succeeded.

I have also passed on similar feed back to the Guardian Funeral Home as Margaret advised me when she recommended you that it was the first time that they had used your services.
